We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not then please let us know. We will be as generous as we can be.
Alpaca: All returns must be made within 7 days and in the same condition as you received them. Our alpaca blankets are an imported product and are delicate. Please take care in handling them in places where they could snag. We are not responsible for damage done to the blankets after you receive them.
